Hi, removing your female hamster is a good idea. It's best if you place her in a tank and provide food and water only and remove the wheel or any other toys. Change to bedding to paper towels for now, do not use wood shavings. Whenever she urines or you see blood stain, throw the paper towels away and change to new one, for now, keeping the cage VERY clean is very important.

Bring her to the vet as soon as possible rather than waiting to see what happens next, from what you say, it sounds pretty serious. Also, even if she does recover, I do not recommend you to put them together again.
