A few days ago, I PMed Mr Silvanus Koh seeking help for someone to home sit my parrots as I need to go overseas very urgently for 3 days. It was like so last minute that I think it is almost impossible for anyone to help me. But Mr Silvanus Koh responded to me almost immediately and extended his helping hand. Within 1 hour he arranged someone to contact me and trend to my request. When I come back I am so happy to see my parrots in good hands. More shocking to hear from the parrot sitter is, Mr Silvanus Koh made an effort to call and check twice a day to make sure the parrots are well taken care of. I'm deeply touched and impressed Mr Silvanus Koh can help a person to his best even though he has not even met him before.
