This trip is very fruitful as I managed to get Mr Lee(the biggest parrot importer in Thailand) to arrange for me to visit some of the country's best private macaw keepers. I should not reveal the identities of the keepers as these people are of very high profile in the country and each of them had spent millions of dollars in this hobby. They easily have 40-50 pairs of breeding macaws and any one time they have 20-30 eggs.
