Thumbs up

Hi Jordan,

Tanin is correct. Be patient and wait for a few days more. Sometime only the last egg or so is fertile - the male still has not gotten the hang of how to mate properly for the first few eggs. Use a torchlight to candle the eggs in a few days time. You can see blood vessels if the eggs were fertile.

It is very common that the first batch is infertile or the embryos dies-in-shell. The parents are still immature and female may not incubate tightly. You can removed all the eggs after 1 weeks time. The female will lay again within 15 - 20 days! make sure you have cuttle-bone or a liquid calcium supplement.

Regards

Rupert
