Hi all,
I would like to share some good news! Was away for about a week and when I got back, did not pay any attention to my 2 feathered friends. Then yesterday evening I noticed that they have been tearing up the newspaper sheets on the floor of the cage, and also the female has been spending more time in the nest box and the male occassionally feeding her. I decided to give the nest box a check and found 2 eggs in the nest box! This is really wonderful!
I then shredded some paper napkins and put into the cage and see the 2 birds starting to bring them into the nest box.
Will be eagerly awaiting the arrival of the chicks.......
