The whole box may be a bit too much for your private use, I think. There's about 10 kg per box. However, we have ordered quite a lot for our own and our clients' usage here in Bangkok. Per kilo bag the price for the N700 is 2,200 baht (about S$ 96) and for the C700 is 900 baht (about S$ 42). Personally, for the N700, I would not recommend this feed for beginners since the price is rather high. The C700 will be more suitable. Any how for you newbies out there, there are many other ranchu food in smaller package readily available at much lower price.

But for you serious keepers, you can do your own price comparison with all of the other leading Japanese premium specialized ranchu feed, such as the Japan Ranchu Lord, Momizi, or Janko. You will find that the prices are very close, (actually the N700 cost much less in bulk). I have used every feed that I mentioned here extensively and I stand on the recommendation of Mr.Kashino, that the N700 is far superior in result.
