Thank you very much for the prompt response.
I would never sell the couple even if they wouldn't breed as I became attached to them (sadly not them to me ) and would never sell them. I was only asking to know what to expect.

And yes I do live in canada, but the birds are in the basement, with controlled heat (23 degrees) and light conditions (9 am to 10 pm). I don't know though if i'm giving them too much light time. But I do think the female might be too young, in this case, not much to be done.

I will also try the cattle-bone, never know what happens.

If you have any other ideas or suggestions, i would be great!
