Hi Hameda,
I suspect that your female is still young. The problem I usually get is that of young females laying eggs but not knowing how sit tight on them or get shocked that they lay an egg and flee or chew them up in their first year. On the other hand I know of people who have had pairs for 5 years without laying any eggs. Just when they thought they had made a bad buy and sell them off, the new buyer gets 2 clutches in rapid succession!
Are you living in Canada? If so, then length of day-light is important. Can you get large amounts of cuttle-bone? It sometime work like a aphrodisiac for some pairs!
