I think they are insect/worm feeder.Not too sure but you can do trial and error.

Your female cricket, is interesting. What's the benefit of feeding female as compared to male crickets, please?

hahahaaaa... an exbird shoper owner say female crickets hve egg so its hve mre protein

Seem like a juvenile starling to me... However, it is just a guess...
If it take bird pallet and insect, it should be fine, but if it turn out to be starling, some fruits will be good to add into its diets.
