Need Help ' feeding'

my 4 months old puppy (ms), i was told to feed him twice a day and some told me to feed him 3x per day.... i am lost ! pls help me, i dont want to upset my little baby.

I'm feeding my puppy twice a day with Abady stress and maintenance formula when he is 8 weeks old till 6 months old. After that I only feed once a day and he is doing fine. Important things to take note is the amount and type of food you feeding.
