hard biscuits for cats

1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. wheat germ
1/4 c. bran flakes
1/4 c. soy flour
1 tbsp. unsulphured molasses
2 tbsp. oil or fat
1 tbsp. kelp or 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. bone meal
1/3 c. milk or water

Step 1: Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2: Knead and shape.
Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes or until lightly toasted. Strips tend to get done sooner.
**If not hard enough, leave in oven with heat off as long as necessary.
