How long does SPCA keeps a lost pet found?
Yesterday I was at the singapore kennel club dogshow to see the competitions and overhead from some guys selling some USA dog foods talking to a customer that spca will only keep the lost dog for 1 week only before put to sleep.
Is this true? I do not have a dog yet as looking to adopt. |

Answering to my own question.
Finally got through the line of SPCA and found out that it is about 1 week to 1 month working with the animal control before it is put down if not claimed. It is really too short if the dog is not identified within that short period. ![]() |
