Breeding Of AG.
I am Curious what is the minimum breeding cage size should be for AG.And how the start of breeding should go about.Thanks.

Breeding African Greys need at least 3 ft by 2ft cages minimum - the larger the better. However experience has shown that too big a cage tends to keep young pairs playful and slower to settle down to breeding. This does not mean you should start cramping them in 3 ft cages from the start but rather let them have maximum space and the best diets till they are ready to breed at about 4 - 5 years old.
Also note that they need a quite environment to breed! For this reason, avoid putting them near Amazon parrots. Be prepared for the first-timer breeders to spoil or neglect the few clutches of eggs/ chicks due to inexperience. Rupert |

So watz the nest box size be gor the 3feet By 2feet cage.
