once a month is best. also before shows if u wld like to enter ur cat in a cat show. any more frequent u are stripping the coat of essential oils and u are exposing the cat to dry skin and dandruff.

Just bathed me kitty yesterday ... guess I'll stick to the regime of once a month like what Sis heartkiel says.
