Does anyone have any suggestions???

I currently went on vacation for about a week, and got back this past monday. Ever since then, my cat has been meowing for about 3 days straight. I mean she will meow, then wait several seconds and meow again. She will stop about 20-30 minutes every once in a while. But I didnt know weather something is actually wrong with her medically or mentally. I dont know if she is getting enough attention or what. Her food and water are full and litterbox clean and i give her the same amount of attention i did before i went on vacation as i am now.

Have your cats ever done this? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Well in case anyone knows or even cares.
I took my cat to the vet. Turns out she is having kidney problems.
